At Florida Rod.Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Apparel

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed apparel in its original condition with any original tags or packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom Fishing Rods

Because every custom rod is built specifically for each customer, custom rod orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

If your custom rod arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

"Pre Built" Fishing Rods

Pre Built Rods are non refundable and non returnable If your custom rod arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
